She explains: “The embroidered and crocheted flowers are Valerian, St. John’s Wort and Lavender, which are all useful for relieving anxiety and promoting sleep. The ‘tea’ flowing from the spout is made of semi-precious stones that have specific properties. Labradorite promotes clarity. Fluorite enhances psychic energy. Moonstone brings peace to the home. Coral calms emotions and restores harmony. And citrine gives emotional control.”
